How can I cancel my Premium subscription?

When you subscribe to Premium, you do it through one of our commercial partners – namely Apple, Google, or Stripe. They are the ones responsible for managing your payment information as much as for billing you continuously.

In order for you to cancel your subscription, all you need to do is to deactivate the auto-renew feature with the partner you used to subscribe. To do it, please follow these steps:

On Android
  • Open the Google Play Store
  • Tap your profile picture on the upper right corner
  • Select Payments and Subscriptions
  • Select Subscriptions
  • Locate Hornet and tap Manage subscription
  • Tap Cancel subscription
  • Confirm

You can also use this second way:

  • Open Google Pay and log in with your Google Account if necessary
  • Under the Subscriptions & services tab, locate your Hornet subscription
  • Tap Cancel subscription
On iOS
  • Open the App Store
  • Tap your profile picture on the upper right corner (Account Page)
  • Tap your profile picture again on the upper center (Account Setting)
  • Select Subscriptions
  • Select Hornet
  • Tap Cancel Subscription
  • Confirm

You can also use this second way:

  • On your computer, open the Subscriptions page on iTunes. You can use this link to do it
  • Locate Hornet and tap Edit
  • Tap Cancel Subscription
  • Confirm

On Web
  • On the upper right corner, click your profile picture
  • Select Account
  • Click Cancel Subscription
  • Confirm
